Terms & Conditions & Parental Consent
By registering your child for Miss Teaspoon programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation Consent
I, the parent/guardian of registered child, consent to their participation in the Miss Teaspoon program. I understand the nature of the activities, including any potential risks involved in social-emotional learning exercises and group interactions.
I know and acknowledge that the person facilitating is not a doctor or psychiatrist, or a specialist in health care, and that the activities offered are not intended to treat and diagnose any medical conditions, whether physical, psychological or emotional.
Media Consent
I hereby give permission for Miss Teaspoon to take photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of my child during their participation in the program. I understand these materials may be used for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and printed materials.
If I do not consent to the use of my child’s image and recordings, I will contact Miss Teaspoon directly at girls@missteaspoon.com to ensure my preferences are updated in their records.
Data Collection and Privacy
I understand that Miss Teaspoon may collect personal data, such as my child’s name, age, and health-related information necessary for their participation in the program. I consent to the collection, storage, and use of this data in accordance with Miss Teaspoon’s Privacy Policy. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
Withdrawal of Consent
I understand that I may withdraw my consent for media usage at any time by contacting Miss Teaspoon at girls@missteaspoon.com. I also understand that previously published materials cannot be retracted but will not be used in future publications.
Program Guidelines
I acknowledge that my child will follow the program’s code of conduct and behaviour guidelines. Any breach of these guidelines may result in dismissal from the program.

Payment and Validity Policy
I understand and have reviewed the updated payment and validity policy for 2025:
1. Pass Validity
All class-packs of 4 classes are valid for 3 months from the date of first class.
Participants must attend their first class within 2 weeks of payment to activate the class-pack.
If the first class is not attended within the 2-week grace period:
The validity period remains as 3 months from the payment date.
No refunds or extensions will be provided.
2. Special Cases
In cases of genuine emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergencies), participants may request an extension by contacting us in advance.
Extensions are approved on a case-by-case basis and may be limited to a maximum of 2 additional weeks.
3. Transition for 2024 Class-Packs
For participants with leftover classes from 2024.
The new 3-month validity period will begin on 9 February 2025.
If unused by the end of the 3-month validity (9 May 2025), the class-pack will expire.
4. Additional Notes
Missed classes or unused passes cannot be carried forward beyond the validity period, except under the special case provision outlined above.
It is the responsibility of participants to schedule and attend classes within the validity period.
Liability Waiver
I voluntarily allow my child to participate in the activities and release and discharge Miss Teaspoon, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims or liability arising from my child's participation in the program/activities.
