2. Registration, Payment, Refunds and Postponement

Each registration is for the specific Programme and date stated at the time of registration.

Once payment has been made, registrations are generally non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.

If a participant is unable to attend, the registration fee will not ordinarily be refunded, including in cases of change of plans, personal commitments, travel arrangements, minor illness, or failure to attend the Programme.

Medical Postponement

A request to postpone participation may be considered only where the child is medically unfit to participate due to a significant illness, injury, or medical condition.

A written medical letter or medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner must be provided to Miss Teaspoon as supporting documentation. The document should confirm that the child is medically unfit to participate in the specific Programme or event.

Where a medical postponement is approved:

  • the payment may be transferred to a future equivalent Programme, subject to availability;
  • the postponement is not a cash refund;
  • the transfer must be used within the timeframe communicated by Miss Teaspoon; and
  • the transfer is subject to the availability and suitability of future Programme dates.

Requests for medical postponement must be submitted to Miss Teaspoon as soon as reasonably possible and, where practicable, before the Programme begins. Miss Teaspoon reserves the right to assess postponement requests and supporting documentation on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation or Changes by Miss Teaspoon

Miss Teaspoon reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or change a Programme due to circumstances including but not limited to insufficient enrolment, venue or facilitator availability, safety concerns, severe weather, public health concerns, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If Miss Teaspoon cancels a Programme and is unable to provide a suitable alternative date or arrangement, any refund or alternative remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
